Job Summary

We are looking for a passionate and result-oriented Health Counselor to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for counseling clients regarding health and diet plans and converting leads into successful sales. Company-generated leads will be provided for follow-up and consultation.

Key Responsibilities Contact and follow up with company-provided leads. Understand customers’ health concerns and suggest suitable diet and wellness plans. Explain the perks of health programs and diet plans to customers. Maintain regular follow-ups with interested clients. Achieve monthly sales targets and conversion goals. Build and maintain positive relationships with customers. Maintain proper records of calls, follow-ups, and sales updates. Coordinate with the internal team for smooth onboarding of clients.

Required Skills

Good communication and convincing skills. Basic understanding of health, nutrition, and wellness. Sales-oriented approach with target achievement capability. Ability to handle customer queries professionally. Positive interpersonal and counseling skills.

Qualification

Graduate in any field. Prior experience in telecalling, counseling, sales, or health consultation will be preferred.
