Job Summary

We are seeking a agile and technically skilled Field Service Engineer & Marketing Executive who will be responsible for equipment installation, servicing, customer support, and business development activities. The candidate should have solid technical knowledge along with marketing and client-handling skills to support both service operations and sales growth. Key Responsibilities Technical / Service Responsibilities Install and commission equipment at customer sites. Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance. Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues. Provide after-sales service and customer support. Maintain service reports and documentation. Train customers on equipment usage and safety procedures.

--- Marketing Responsibilities Visit customers and promote company products/services. Generate new business leads and client inquiries. Build and maintain strong customer relationships. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations. Coordinate with sales and technical teams for quotations and follow-ups. Achieve sales and service targets. Collect market and competitor information. Required Qualifications Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in: Mechanical Engineering Electrical Engineering Electronics Engineering Instrumentation Engineering
