Job Title Field Service Engineer & Marketing Executive Department Service & Marketing Field-Based / On-Site Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and technically skilled Field Service Engineer & Marketing Executive who will be responsible for equipment installation, servicing, customer support, and business development activities. The candidate should have strong technical knowledge along with marketing and client-handling skills to support both service operations and sales growth. Key Responsibilities Technical / Service Responsibilities
* Install and commission equipment at customer sites.
- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Provide after-sales service and customer support.
- Maintain service reports and documentation.
- Train customers on equipment usage and safety procedures. Marketing Responsibilities
* Visit customers and promote company products/services.
- Generate recent business leads and client inquiries.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations.
- Coordinate with sales and technical teams for quotations and follow-ups.
- Achieve sales and service targets.
- Collect market and competitor information. Required Qualifications
* Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in:
- Mechanical Engineering
- Electrical Engineering
- Electronics Engineering
- Instrumentation Engineering Required Skills
* Technical troubleshooting skills
- Communication and presentation skills
- Marketing and customer-handling ability
- Sales negotiation skills
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, CRM)
- Ability to work independently Pay: ₹15,000.00
