We are committed to exceeding client expectations through excellence and innovation.Role Description As a Senior BIM Modeler, you will be responsible for developing and managing BIM models, collaborating with architects and engineers, and preparing detailed construction drawings. Technical Execution: Create and update 3D models for Architecture, Structure, and MEP systems. Coordination: Work with project teams to facilitate execution and ensure cross-discipline accuracy.Quality Excellence: Lead quality assurance checks and ensure strict adherence to industry and company standards. Qualifications BIM Expertise: Proficiency in creating and managing complex BIM models. Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of architectural design, planning, and interpreting construction drawings.Specialized Experience: 2+ years of experience in Scan to BIM is preferred. Quality Focus: Proven experience in improving and handling Quality Control (QC) processes. Education: Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
