About the Role We are looking for a creative and strategic Content Strategist & Brand Manager who understands how to build a strong, engaging, and conversion-driven brand presence across digital platforms. In this role, you will own the brand voice and content ecosystem — from social media campaigns and website storytelling to product launch communication and brand positioning. You should be passionate about content, trends, design aesthetics, and audience engagement, with the ability to turn ideas into impactful campaigns that drive growth and visibility. - Develop and execute content strategies across social media, website, email marketing, and product campaigns
- Create engaging content for Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, and other relevant platforms including reels, carousels, stories, and static creatives
- Write compelling copy for product pages, landing pages, website banners, feature launches, and marketing campaigns
- Conceptualize and guide visual storytelling for ads, campaigns, and branded content
- Maintain consistency in brand voice, tone, messaging, and visual identity across all platforms
- Collaborate with designers, videographers, and creative teams to produce high-performing content 2. Social Media Management
- Manage end-to-end social media operations including content planning, scheduling, posting, and community engagement
- Create and maintain monthly content calendars aligned with marketing goals
- Monitor social trends, competitor activity, and audience behavior to identify new content opportunities
- Analyze performance metrics including engagement, reach, CTR, conversions, and follower growth
- Plan and execute social campaigns for product launches, promotions, and brand initiatives
- Coordinate with influencers, creators, and UGC partners for collaborations and campaigns 3. Brand Management
- Ensure brand consistency across all customer touchpoints and marketing assets
- Work closely with product, growth, and design teams to support launches with impactful content
- Conduct competitor analysis and content audits to identify gaps and growth opportunities
- Provide clear creative briefs and strategic direction to internal and external creative resources
- Strengthen overall brand positioning through storytelling, campaigns, and audience engagement strategies Required Skills & Qualifications Must-Have Skills & Experience
- 3–5 years of experience in Content Strategy, Brand Marketing, Social Media Management, or related roles
- Proven track record of creating engaging social media content with measurable performance results
- Strong copywriting and storytelling skills across short-form and long-form content
- Experience writing product marketing content including UX copy, feature explainers, and campaign messaging
- Solid understanding of branding, visual communication, and digital content trends
- Ability to conceptualize website banners, ads, and social creatives with a strong design sense
- Hands-on experience managing social media channels end-to-end
- Experience with content planning, scheduling, reporting, and analytics Tools & Platforms
- Meta Business Suite

- Google Analytics (GA4)
- Basic performance analytics and reporting tools Preferred Qualities
- Creative thinker with strong attention to detail
