Mis Executive (Kundli)

We are looking for a detail-oriented and skilled MIS Executive to support our inventory and reporting operations The ideal candidate must be proficient in Advanced Excel and possess working knowledge of ERP systems to effectively maintain and track inventory records of incoming and outgoing materials Key Responsibilities Maintain and update accurate records of incoming and outgoing inventory in coordination with the warehouse stores team Generate daily weekly and monthly MIS reports related to stock levels material movement and consumption Use Advanced Excel functions VLOOKUP Pivot Tables IF statements etc for data analysis and reporting Ensure real-time data entry and stock updates in the ERP system Assist in stock audits and reconciliation by providing required reports and data Coordinate with procurement production and stores teams to ensure data accuracy and timely reporting Highlight discrepancies or irregularities in inventory data to the concerned departments Key Skills Advanced Excel proficiency Pivot Tables VLOOKUP HLOOKUP Charts Conditional Formatting etc Hands-on experience with ERP software e g SAP Oracle Tally ERP Robust analytical and numerical skills Good communication and coordination abilities Attention to detail and data accuracy Ability to handle large volumes of data and generate actionable reports Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 15 000 00
