Senior Engineer– Planning, Ulhasnagar

Role&Responsibilities Develop detailed weekly/monthly/yearly project schedules using project management software. Establish milestones and deadline for various production phases till dispatch Coordinate with purchase department and planned purchase orders Coordinate with Purchase and Store department for material review in terms of quality, quantity and available stock etcCoordinate with production mangers, engineers and other stakeholders to gather project requirements and updates Conduct regular meetings with production teams to discuss progress and address any issues Monitor project or production progress against the establish scheduled Prepare regular progress reports and presentations for senior managementEstimate resource requirements and allocate resources accordingly Monitor resource utilization and adjust schedules as needed to optimize efficiency Identify project risks and develop mitigation plans Ensure that production plans and schedule adhere to industry standards and best practices Lead and manage internal planning team and provide training, guidance as necessaryKey Skills Required Proven 6+ years experience in project or production planning and scheduling. Should have ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Strong understanding of project management principles and practices Excellent written and verbal communications
