Stores Executive (Uthukuli)

Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Inventory Control: Maintain, update, and reconcile inventory records, including performing regular stock counts and auditing.
- Receiving & Dispatch: Handle material inwards/outwards, verify purchase orders (POs), and process delivery challans.
- Asset Management: Track assets, manage consumables, and ensure proper storage and organization of materials.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records in ERP systems (e.g., SAP MM Module, MIGO, GRN) or Excel/Google Sheets.
- Vendor Coordination: Follow up with vendors for pending materials and handle related documentation.
- Operational Support: Coordinate with procurement and accounts teams for invoice submission and material requirements. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5] Pay: ₹18,000.00
