Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram for a Technical Trainer. The Technical Trainer will design, develop, and deliver technical training programs aligned with business needs. Responsibilities include conducting training sessions, ensuring a hands-on approach to technical skill-building, evaluating training effectiveness, and continuously updating materials to reflect industry trends. The trainer will collaborate with internal teams to align training objectives and support employee development initiatives. Qualifications
- Experience in Technical Training, delivering training programs, and developing technical learning materials
- Strong skills in Training & Development and organizing effective learning sessions
- Excellent Communication skills and the ability to convey complex information in an easily understandable manner
- Proven ability to assess training needs and design relevant training content
- Proficiency in using training tools and technology, with adaptability to leverage recent learning platforms
- Experience in adult learning methodologies and learner engagement techniques
- Skilled certification(s) in training or technical instruction are a plus
