On-Site Sales & Marketing Intern - Vadodara

Location: Vadodara ( only people in Vadodara to Apply) Type: Internship (Full-Time, On-Site) Duration: 3–6 Months Stipend: ₹5,000/month ( incentive on client closure via sales or marketing) Start Date: Immediate About the Role: We are looking for a high-energy, execution-focused Sales & Marketing Intern who wants real exposure to how brands grow from lead generation to closing deals. This is not a “sit-and-watch” internship. You will be on the ground, interacting with customers, supporting campaigns, and learning how sales actually happen. Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through on-ground sales, inside sales or digital efforts as per task
- Assist in executing marketing campaigns and promotions
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Support the sales team in client interactions and follow-ups
- Help in pitching products/services to potential customers
- Maintain and update lead databases and CRM
- Participate in field visits, events, and activations What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to learn sales by doing (not just theory)
- Comfortable with on-site work and field activities
- Basic understanding of marketing and business concepts
- Self-driven, proactive, and confident personality
