Position Summar y Th e Revenue Cycle Platform Administrat or is the primary system administrator responsible for the configuration, optimization, and ongoing support of the VisiQuate Revenue Cycle Analytics and Workflow platform. This role serves as the platform owner for Revenue Cycle Management stakeholders and ensures the system is configured to support operational efficiency, analytics-driven decision-making, and regulatory compliance. Core Responsibiliti es Platform Administration&Configurat ionServe as the system administrator and subject matter expert for t he Visiquate platf o rm.Configure and maintain dashboards, KPIs, reports, alerts, and workflows supporting Revenue Cycle operatio ns.Manage user access, security roles, and permissions in alignment with governance standards.Maintain platform configurations to support evolving business needs without custom development where possib le.Data&Reporting Owners hipOwn data validation, reconciliation, and refresh monitoring to ensure analytics accura cy.Partner with IT and data teams to troubleshoot integrations, data quality, and reporting issu es.Maintain documentation for metric definitions, standard reports, and dashboar ds.Release&Change Managem entCoordinate testing, validation, and deployment of platform enhancements and vendor releas es.Support user acceptance testing (UAT) for new features, analytics, and workflow chang es.Maintain configuration and release documentati on.User Support&Enablem entAct as Tier 1 / Tier 2 support for VisiQuate use rs.Provide onboarding, training, and ongoing enablement for Revenue Cycle stakeholders and use rs.Develop job aids and reference documentation to support platform adopti on.Stakeholder Partners hipServe as the primary liaison between Revenue Cycle teams, IT, and the Visiquate vendor.Partner with Business Analysts and Product Owners to translate business needs into platform configuratio ns.Identify opportunities to improve revenue performance through enhanced analytics and workflo ws. Required Qualificati ons Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Information Systems, Finance, or related field.5+ years of experience administering or supporting enterprise business applicati ons.Experience supporting analytics, reporting, or workflow platforms in a production environm ent.Strong understanding of Revenue Cycle Management process es. Experience working directly with business stakeholders to deliver platform solutions.Strong analytical, documentation, and communication ski lls.Must be fluent in English, both written and ver bal. Preferred Qualificat ions Direct experience administering VisiQuate or similar Revenue Cycle Management workflow plat form Experience with healthcare analytics or BI platf orms.Familiarity with Agile delivery and structured change management.Experience partnering with vendors and managed service provi ders.
