Our diverse group of nearly 50 global companies specialise in market leading technologies that push the boundaries of science and technology.Job Description: Responsibilities: Review documentation requirements of an order and assigning orders to Document Controllers Handle documentation of Regional Orders (Asia / Europe / Americas) with Standard Documentation requirement Setting up ERP for all documentation orders and updating workflow based on documentation progressMonitor and action overdue documentation tasks using Power BI and updating Due Dates where necessary Sending weekly report of overdue documents to customers and internally to Document Controllers, Project Engineers and Project Managers using Master Document Control Index Update Master Document Control Index for all Document TransmittalsSupport Document Controllers to close final documentation and on any ad-hoc task related to updating documents Learning and Exposure: Experience using CAD software such as Solid works, Microsoft Word/Excel/Outlook&ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics) Working with a global team and customers spread globally Education: BE / BTech / BSc / BBA / BCom / BA or any equivalent qualification Immediate joiners preferred.
