Role Description This full time hybrid role as an Insurance Advisor is based in Vadodara, with the flexibility for partial work from home.

The Insurance

Advisor will be responsible for identifying customer needs, recommending suitable insurance products, and consulting clients to develop financial plans. The role requires building and maintaining long-term client relationships, guiding customers through insurance options, and delivering exceptional customer service to ensure satisfaction and engagement.

Qualifications Knowledge and experience in Insurance and Finance

Expertise in Consulting and providing tailored financial solutions

Robust Customer Service and relationship management skills

Excellent Communication skills and the ability to explain complex concepts in a simple way

Driven, target-oriented attitude with the ability to work independently

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
