Our products operate in mission-critical environments where reliability, scalability, customer experience, and operational excellence matter every day. We are looking for a technically solid QA Automation Engineer who enjoys understanding products deeply, questioning requirements, improving quality through automation, and eventually growing into a Product Owner role. This is not a traditional testing role. We are looking for someone who can understand business workflows, write functional stories, convert them into automated test scenarios, and ultimately help shape product direction.

What You'll Do QA Automation
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks and test suites
- Build automation scripts for web applications, APIs, and backend services
- Create regression, smoke, integration, and functional automation suites
- Participate in release validation and production readiness reviews
- Identify, reproduce, document, and track defects through closure
- Improve release quality through automation and process improvements
- Work closely with developers to ensure quality is built into the product

Functional Analysis
- Understand customer workflows and business processes
- Participate in requirement discussions with Product and Engineering teams
- Analyze functional requirements and identify gaps, edge cases, and exceptions
- Convert requirements into:
- User Stories
- Acceptance Criteria
- Test Scenarios
- Test Cases
- Automated Test Scripts
- Validate that delivered functionality meets customer expectations
