Job Description: As a3D Visualizer , you will transform architectural concepts and technical drawings intohigh-quality visuals and walkthroughs .

You will collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to create compelling 3D content that communicates design intent and enhances client presentations. Key Responsibilities: Develophigh-quality 3D models, renders, and walkthroughsfor industrial projects.

Translate architectural drawings, sketches, and concepts intorealistic visualizations . Collaborate with architects and engineers to refine design options. Create bothexterior and interior visualizations , focusing on materiality, lighting, and environmental context.

Deliverquick design iterationsas well as final presentation-ready visuals. Manage rendering timelines to ensureon-time project delivery . Skills & Qualifications: Diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, 3D Design , or a related field. 3–5 years of experience as a3D Visualizer(industrial or architectural projects preferred).

Proficiency in Sketch Up Proand either Lumion or V-Ray(experience in both is a plus). Solid skills inmodeling, texturing, lighting, and rendering workflows . Ability to manage large-scale projects with complex industrial design elements. Familiarity with AutoCAD, Revit, Photoshop , or other architectural software is an advantage.
