Position: Learning & Development (L&D;) Manager Location: Dholera, Gujarat (Hybrid) Experience: 8–12+ Years Role Overview: Tata Electronics is establishing a state-of-the-artsemiconductor manufacturing facility in Dholeraand is seeking an experienced Learning & Development (L&D;) Managerto build and deliver comprehensive learning programs.

The role will covertechnical, behavioral, and leadership development , with robust emphasis onLMS management ,training design and delivery , andcapability building . Key Responsibilities: Design and implement theL&D; strategysupporting business and technology capability goals.

Accomplished facilitator and coach Manage and enhance the Learning Management System (LMS)– content design, administration, and analytics. Plan and delivertechnical training programsfor engineers, technicians, and operators in semiconductor processes, equipment, and cleanroom environments.

Conduct and facilitatebehavioral and soft-skill development programsto strengthen leadership and team effectiveness. Delivertraining sessionsdirectly and support internal trainers and subject matter experts. Conducttraining needs analysis (TNA) , competency mapping, and build structured learning roadmaps for various roles.

Partner with functional leaders, technical experts, and academic/training institutes for customized learning interventions. Track and evaluatetraining effectivenessand build a robust learning culture across the organization. Desired Profile: 8–12+ years of experience in Learning & Development , preferably withinsemiconductor, technology, manufacturing ,electronicsindustries .

Robust experience inLMS management, technical training design and delivery, and behavioral capability building . Hands-on exposure tocontent creation, e-learning tools , and blended learning methodologies. Excellentfacilitation, communication, and stakeholder managementskills.
