The principals and founders of Relay Human Cloud have been focused on delivering high-quality operations in cutting-edge companies for their entire careers.About the Role: We are looking for a detail-oriented Financial Analyst with strong experience in real estate financial analysis. The role involves financial modelling, investment analysis, and performance tracking, with a key focus on using ARGUS for property-level analysis and valuation support.Key Responsibilities: - Perform financial modeling and analysis for real estate assets using ARGUS. - Conduct budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. - Analyze financial statements and prepare detailed performance reports. - Evaluate investment opportunities and support acquisition and asset management decisions.- Monitor financial performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights. - Prepare cash flow models and assess asset-level financial health. - Collaborate with Asset Management, Accounting, and Operations teams. - Support capital expenditure analysis and investment decision-making. - Ensure data accuracy and compliance with financial standards and internal controls.- Track KPIs and prepare dashboards for management reporting. Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. - 2–4 years of experience in financial analysis, preferably in real estate or asset management. - Mandatory: Hands-on experience with ARGUS (Enterprise/DCF).- Strong financial modeling and Excel skills. - Solid understanding of financial statements and investment analysis. - Experience with Power BI/Tableau is an added advantage. - Familiarity with ERP systems like SAP/Oracle is a plus. - Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.Preferred: - Exposure to commercial or residential real estate portfolios. - Professional certifications such as CFA or CPA (preferred but not mandatory).
