Paralegal (Siolim)

Paralegal for a Real Estate Company in Goa We are a growing real estate company handling residential and commercial property work. We focus on being organised, productive, and using technology to improve how we work. Job Role We are looking for a Paralegal to support with legal documents, property transactions, and day-to-day coordination. Someone who is comfortable with computers and digital tools is a plus and will do well in this role. Responsibilities
- Prepare and review property documents (agreements, leases, etc.)
- Help with basic legal work and property checks
- Organise and maintain files (both physical and digital)
- Coordinate with clients, lawyers, brokers, and offices
- Track deadlines and keep work on schedule
- Draft simple documents and emails Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or Paralegal certification (preferred)
- 1–3 years of relevant experience (preferred)
- Basic understanding of real estate/legal documents
- Good computer skills (Word, Excel, email)
- Organised, detail-oriented, and reliable
- Your own vehicle Nice to Have
- Digital and tech-savviness would be a plus
- Experience with CRM tools or legal software
- Familiarity with online property systems or registrations Salary & Benefits
