Description
Key Responsibilities Welcome guests warmly upon arrival and departure. Open and close doors for guests in a courteous manner. Assist guests with luggage coordination along with bell desk staff. Guide guests to the reception area or other hotel facilities. Assist in managing vehicle movement at the hotel entrance. Coordinate with valet parking and security staff when required. Maintain cleanliness and appearance of the entrance area. Provide basic information about hotel facilities and services. Assist elderly guests, children, and differently-abled guests when needed. Handle guest requests politely and promptly. Ensure proper grooming and skilled appearance at all times. Report any suspicious activities or safety concerns to security or management. Help during VIP arrivals, group check-ins, and events.
