Project Manager – Interior & Restaurant Construction (Goa) …, Assagao

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee the construction and fit-out of our restaurant and café projects in Goa. The candidate will be responsible for managing in office execution, coordinating with contractors and vendors, ensuring quality standards, and delivering projects within the agreed timeline and budget. Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day site construction activities.
- Read and interpret architectural, civil, electrical, plumbing, and interior drawings.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and vendors.
- Monitor project timelines and ensure timely completion.
- Ensure quality control and compliance with design specifications.
- Manage material procurement and site inventory.
- Prepare daily and weekly progress reports.
- Resolve site-related issues and maintain safety standards.
- Conduct site measurements and verify contractor billing. Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in restaurant, café, hospitality, or commercial interior projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction drawings and site execution.
- Experience handling complete restaurant/café fit-out projects from start to handover.
- Ability to manage multiple contractors and vendors.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD drawings interpretation.
- Strong communication and project coordination skills.
- Willingness to travel and stay at project sites as required. Preferred Candidate
- Prior experience in restaurant chains, cafés, QSRs, bars, lounges, or hospitality projects.
- Knowledge of MEP coordination, kitchen setup, and restaurant operational requirements.
- Immediate joiners preferred. Pay: ₹40,000.00
