Role Description

This is a full-time, in office Admission Counsellor role based in Sanganer. The Admission Counsellor will engage with prospective students, provide detailed information about courses, guide them through the enrollment process, and address inquiries with excellent customer service. The role also involves contributing to optimizing the admissions process, meeting enrollment targets, and maintaining transparent communication between prospective students and the institution. Building relationships and delivering exceptional service to ensure an outstanding experience for applicants is a key aspect of this role.

Qualifications

Strong skills in Interpersonal Communication and effective Communication with diverse individuals

Customer Service expertise to assist and guide prospective students throughout the admissions process

Sales experience to achieve enrollment goals while maintaining a student-focused approach

Knowledge or background in Education is a plus

Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently towards shared goals
