Immediate Hiring: Product Development Engineer — SolidWorks / 3DS CATIA | Fixed-Wing UAVs | Yali Aerospace Thanjavur, Tamil Nadu Full-time | On-site ⚡ Immediate Joiners Preferred Yali Aerospace is looking for a Product Development Engineer with expertise in SolidWorks and/or 3DS CATIA to work on the design and development of advanced Fixed-Wing UAVs and drone platforms. Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop fixed-wing drone/UAV structures and mechanical systems
- Create detailed 3D models, assemblies, manufacturing drawings, and BOMs
- Support product development from concept, prototyping, testing, to production
- Collaborate with aerodynamics, electronics, and manufacturing teams
- Optimize designs for lightweight structures, strength, reliability, and manufacturability
- Participate in prototype integration, flight testing, and design improvements Requirements
- Strong experience in SolidWorks and/or 3DS CATIA
- Good understanding of mechanical design and product development workflows
- Experience working on UAVs, aerospace, robotics, automotive, or related systems preferred
- Knowledge of composite structures, sheet metal, and manufacturing processes is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment
