Role Details Role: E-Commerce Manager Department: Marketplace Management Experience: 3 to 6 Years Employment Type: Full-Time What You Will Do Account Management and Growth
• Manage a portfolio of brand accounts across Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Meesho, Ajio, and other platforms
• Drive monthly GMV and revenue targets for each assigned account
• Plan and execute promotions, deals, festive campaigns, and sale events
• Monitor account health and resolve listing, policy, or performance issues proactively Listing and Catalog Management
• Own product listing creation, optimization, and enrichment — titles, bullet points, descriptions, images, and A+ content
• Maintain catalog hygiene across platforms with accurate pricing, stock, and attributes
• Coordinate with content and design teams for marketplace-compliant creatives Advertising and Visibility
• Plan, execute, and optimize sponsored ad campaigns (Amazon PPC, Flipkart Ads, etc.)
• Manage keyword performance, bid adjustments, and campaign structure to meet ROAS and ACoS targets
• Use brand stores, enhanced content, and platform tools to improve organic and paid visibility Analytics and Reporting
• Track key account metrics — sales, sessions, conversion rate, return rate, and inventory performance
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for internal review and client communication
• Surface actionable insights from platform dashboards Client Communication
• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned brands
• Handle client escalations and ensure timely resolution
• Align with clients on strategy, new launches, and seasonal planning What We Are Looking For
• 3 to 6 years of hands-on e-commerce account management experience, preferably in an agency setting
• Proven track record on Amazon and Flipkart; experience on Myntra, Meesho, or Ajio is an advantage
• Proficiency in Seller Central, Seller Hub, and equivalent marketplace dashboards
• Working knowledge of Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads, and marketplace advertising tools
• Strong skills in Excel or Google Sheets for reporting and analysis
• Excellent written and verbal communication for client-facing work
• High ownership mindset, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple accounts independently What We Offer
