Production Manager — Aerospace & UAV Systems | Yali Aerospace Thanjavur, Tamil Nadu Full-time | On-site ⚡ Immediate Joiners Preferred Yali Aerospace is looking for a Production Manager to lead manufacturing operations for next-generation UAV and aerospace systems. We are seeking a hands-on leader who can manage production workflows, improve operational efficiency, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure high-quality manufacturing standards in a fast-paced aerospace environment. Key Responsibilities
- Plan, manage, and oversee daily production operations
- Coordinate manufacturing schedules, assembly activities, and production targets
- Ensure quality control and adherence to engineering and safety standards
- Optimize production processes for efficiency, cost, and scalability
- Work closely with design, procurement, and testing teams for smooth execution
- Manage inventory, material planning, and vendor coordination
- Monitor production KPIs and implement continuous process improvements
- Lead and supervise production technicians and shop-floor teams
- Support prototype builds, testing, and transition to production Requirements
- Experience in production/manufacturing operations
- Strong understanding of mechanical assembly and manufacturing workflows
- Ability to manage teams and coordinate cross-functional operations
- Experience in aerospace, automotive, electronics, robotics, or UAV manufacturing preferred
- Knowledge of quality systems, process optimization, and production planning
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
