Job Title: Endoscopy Technician Department: Gastroenterology / Endoscopy Unit Key Responsibilities Prepare endoscopy suite and equipment for procedures. Assist physicians during endoscopic procedures by handling instruments and supplies. Clean, disinfect, and sterilize endoscopy equipment following protocols.Monitor and ensure the functionality of all endoscopy equipment. Maintain accurate patient and procedure records. Transport specimens to the laboratory as needed. Ensure patient comfort and safety throughout procedures. Follow infection control and safety guidelines strictly. Assist with inventory management of endoscopy supplies and equipment.Participate in regular training and quality improvement initiatives.
