Sr. Benchling Platform Consultant, Vapi

Benchling Platform Consultant Summary: Consultant supporting life sciences clients with Benchling adoption, configuration, and optimization across scientific workflows and integrations. Key Responsibilities:•Partner with R&D, lab, IT, and data teams to gather requirements and drive solutions•Lead Benchling onboarding, configuration, and platform optimization •Support integrations with systems such as LIMS, ELN, and data platforms •Advise on feature releases, enhancements, and platform lifecycle •Deliver training and drive user adoption across client teams•Support change management and ongoing platform evolution Required Qualifications: •5+ years in consulting or client-facing roles supporting scientific or enterprise platforms •Hands-on experience with Benchling or similar tools •Strong understanding of integrations, platform lifecycle, and change management•Excellent communication skills across technical and business stakeholders Preferred: •Experience in biotech/pharma R&D environments•Familiarity with GxP/regulatory environments •Agile delivery experience
