Job Role: Financial Analyst Exp– 2-4 yrs Remote role - Shift Timing - 1PM – 10 PM Skills Required Experience and Skills At least 2 years of experience in the lease abstraction process → The candidate should have hands‑on experience reviewing lease documents and extracting key lease data accurately.At least 2 years of finance experience→ The candidate should understand basic finance concepts and have practical experience working in a finance role. At least 2 years of experience using financial KPIs for analysis → The candidate should be comfortable using key financial performance indicators (KPIs) to analyze data, track performance, and support decision‑making.Knowledge of standard finance and data tools→ The candidate should have working knowledge of: Excel Access Oracle Essbase SQL VBA These tools are needed to manage data, perform analysis, and improve processes. Experience using data to influence business decisions → The candidate should be able to analyze data, explain insights clearly, and use those insights to recommend actions or improvements to stakeholders.Leadership Principles to Look for in Candidates 1. Ownership The candidate should act like the process belongs to them. Take full responsibility for the lease abstraction process, not wait for others to fix issues Proactively identify process gaps, defects, and risks and work to fix them Coordinate confidently with FOAA, Lease Admin, Lease Technology, and Finance Operations teamsClearly define who owns what by creating, aligning, and getting sign‑off on RACI documents Ensure controls are in place to manage Accounts Payable and controllership risks Think long term and make decisions that are right for client, not just quick fixes 2.
