Demand Planning Analyst, Vapi

Experience 6–10 years total experience 2+ years in demand planning tools (John Galt preferred) Role Summary Demand planning consultant with strong expertise in forecasting and S&OP, working on Atlas Planning Platform to enable effective demand planning and business alignment. Key Requirements 6–10 years in Demand Planning / Forecasting / Consulting Hands-on experience with John Galt or similar tools Strong knowledge of forecasting, S&OP, and inventory concepts Experience with ERP integrations (SAP, Oracle) Functional Skills Demand Forecasting S&OP / IBP Demand sensing, promotions, lifecycle planning Technical Skills Forecast models and error analysis (MAPE, WAPE, Bias) Data handling, analytics, and reporting Exposure to AI/ML forecasting (preferred) Consulting Skills Stakeholder collaboration (Sales, Marketing, Finance) Requirement gathering and solution designStrong communication&problem-solving Good to Have FVA (Forecast Value Add) knowledge Python / R / SQL exposure Industry experience (Manufacturing / Retail / CPG) Global project exposure
