Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Proposal Manager with strong US Federal contracting experience to lead and manage end-to-end proposal development for government opportunities. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of Federal RFPs (RFI, RFQ, RFP) and will work remotely from India while collaborating with US-based stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
· Lead full lifecycle proposal management for US Federal opportunities (RFP, RFQ, RFI)
· Analyze solicitation documents and develop compliant proposal strategies
· Create and manage proposal schedules, outlines, and compliance matrices
· Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Technical SMEs, Pricing, Contracts)
· Ensure strict compliance with FAR, DFARS, and agency-specific requirements
· Manage proposal writing, reviews, revisions, and final submissions
· Facilitate Pink, Red, Gold Team reviews
· Control versioning, formatting, and delivery via government portals (SAM, eBuy, PIEE, etc.)
· Track deadlines and ensure on-time, high-quality submissions
· Maintain proposal repositories, templates, and past performance content
· Support post-submission activities, including clarifications and debriefs

Required Skills
· Proven experience managing US Federal proposals
· Solid understanding of:
· FAR / DFARS regulations
· Federal procurement lifecycle
