Position: Customer Support Executive Work Mode: Remote / Work From Home Compensation: ₹160 per hour Shift Timing: US Shift (Anytime between 6:30 PM – 6:30 AM IST) About the RoleWe are looking for experienced Customer Support Executives with hands-on experience in travel ticketing tools such as Saber or similar platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle customer queries efficiently in a fast-paced setting. Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries related to travel bookings, cancellations, modifications, and ticketing.
- Work on ticketing platforms such as Saber or similar GDS tools.
- Provide prompt and qualified customer support via calls, chats, or emails.
- Resolve customer issues while maintaining high service quality standards.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth resolution of customer concerns.

Required Skills & Experience
- Prior experience in customer support and travel ticketing.
- Hands-on experience with Saber or similar ticketing/GDS tools is mandatory.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup.
- Comfortable working night shifts aligned with US business hours.
- Good problem-solving and multitasking abilities.

Technical RequirementsCandidates must have:
- Personal laptop/PC with Windows 11
- Minimum 16 GB RAM
- Dual-screen setup (Laptop + 1 external monitor)
- High-speed and secure internet connection

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in international customer support processes.
- Familiarity with airline fare rules and booking procedures.
- Ability to handle high-volume customer interactions professionally.
