Shift Lab Chemist (Vapi)

Job Description: Position: Shift Lab Chemist Location: Vapi Experience: 1
- 2 Years Industries: Chemical Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine chemical analysis of raw materials, intermediates, and finished products.
- Perform shade matching, color testing, and quality checks for dyestuff products.
- Maintain laboratory records, test reports, and batch documentation accurately.
- Monitor production samples during shifts and report any quality deviations immediately.
- Operate and maintain laboratory instruments such as pH meter, spectrophotometer, weighing balance, etc.
- Prepare chemical solutions, reagents, and testing samples as per SOPs.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, laboratory procedures, and GMP practices.
- Coordinate with production and QC departments for process improvement and troubleshooting.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper storage of chemicals and laboratory equipment.
- Support shift operations by ensuring timely testing and release of production batches. Required Skills
- Chemical analysis & laboratory testing

- Problem-solving & analytical skills Required Qualification:
- B.Sc/M.Sc
