QC Fresher (Vapi)

Key Responsibilities a. Closely collaborate with Sales and Marketing & PPIC teams to meet timely production target and communicate with key personnel / team leads b. Planning and ensuring achieving on time production targets & standard yield ratio defined by the organization, ensuring solvent and other recoveries as per defined standard norms, overseeing production processes, continuously improving timescales / schedules c. Responsible to meet product cost as per the organization target d. Prepare and report various MIS to senior management and keep informed on progress of various tasks / initiatives / achievements / gaps etc and take guidance, where ever necessary e. Establish workflow policies that enhance speed and efficiency without compromising product safety or integrity f. Enhance plant capability for EU GMP, US FDA & other external audits g. Ensure implementation of GDP (Good Documentation Practices) which includes online filling of BMR and other GMP documents h. To determine and adhered with the product Quality standards and constantly strive to achieve zero product failure & market complaints i. Ensure efficient collaboration and coordination between various internal stake holders like Quality, Maintenance, Stores, Personnel, EHS etc to ensure production commitments are met with j. Continuously audit and develop & implement policies, procedures as a CAPA and ensure minimal repeat / stop loss to the plant / processes k. Define a procedure / plan for the training for a new / existing team members in line to overall skill building in PQDCSM (Productivity, Quality, Discipline, Cost, Safety, Morale) l. Ensure a strong housekeeping at all times to ensure a safe and non-cluttered work stations m. Participates in and demonstrates an understanding of safety principles and practices; follows all safety policies and procedures to support a safe working environment, including secure operation of machines and equipment n. Create schedules for employees to ensure optimum staffing levels and highest level of productivity o. Ensuring preventive maintenance Qualification and Experiences a. Bachelor / Masters in Science (Chemistry) ) with minimum 3 years of relevant experience in manufacturing API business or B.E. / B.Tech ( Chemical) with minimum 2 years of relevant experience in manufacturing API business b. A certification / degree in Operation Management is preferred c. Minimum 10 years of experience at leadership position managing multiple stakeholders at Plant level is preferred d. Experience in US FDA approval, GMP compliance and practice is compulsory Competencies / Skills a. Ability to work under pressure to meet specific timelines & targets b. Well versed with industry specific products and its application c. Strong analytical skills d. Strong leadership skills to coach and mentor the team, drive the business and develop newer strategies for developing market for the products e. High Emotional Quotient f. Strong communication and collaboration skill g. Conflict resolution and problem resolution skills Job Type: Fresher Pay: ₹13,042.02
