• Work directly with founders to define and prioritize the product roadmap
• Design and improve AI-native workflows, onboarding journeys, and evaluation UX
• Translate customer feedback into actionable product specs and feature requirements
• Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and growth teams to ship features fast
• Own product metrics including user engagement, conversion, adoption, and experience quality
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and continuous product iteration
• Balance speed and quality in a fast-moving startup workplace ✅ What We’re Looking For
• 2+ years of Product Management experience in a startup or fast-paced tech environment
• Robust product ownership and execution mindset
• Profile should ideally be 80% Product Management and 20% UI/UX
• Good understanding of user behavior, onboarding flows, dashboards, and user journeys
• Ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, design, and business teams
• Strong analytical thinking and data-driven decision making
• Familiarity with tools like Figma, Jira, Mixpanel, GA4, etc.
