Process Controller – Job Description Company: CMC / Silvassa GlobalLocation: Silvassa, Dadra & Nagar Haveli (Candidates residing in Silvassa preferred)Experience: 8–15 yearsAge Preference: Mature profile (approximately 35–50 years)Employment Type: Full Time Role Overview We are looking for a highly organized, dependable and mature Process Controller to oversee and coordinate business operations across the complete CMC ecosystem. The candidate will work closely with management and all departments to ensure smooth coordination, process discipline, visibility, and timely execution of business activities.Preference will be given to candidates with long-term stability, local residency in Silvassa, and experience managing cross-functional operations in manufacturing organizations. Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and control end-to-end business processes across all departments• Coordinate with Sales, Production, PPC, Procurement, Quality, Accounts, HR, Stores, Dispatch, Logistics and Export teams• Track customer orders from receipt to production, dispatch and payment closure• Monitor inventory movement including raw materials, WIP and finished goods• Track daily operational KPIs and prepare MIS reports• Identify bottlenecks and initiate corrective actions• Drive SOP implementation and process standardization• Support ERP implementation and process automation initiatives• Conduct interdepartmental review meetings and follow-up on action points• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across departments Desired Skills
- Excellent communication and coordination skills• Strong Microsoft Excel, reporting and analytical skills• ERP and business process understanding• Strong follow-up and execution capabilities• Professional attitude and confidentiality• Ability to manage multiple priorities Qualification Graduate/Postgraduate in Operations, Engineering, Business Administration or related field Experience in manufacturing and textile operations preferred Preferred Candidate Profile
