⚙️ Key Responsibilities
- Prepare production planning based on sales forecast / customer orders
- Create and manage daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules
- Coordinate with production, purchase, stores, and quality teams
- Monitor raw material availability and inventory levels
- Ensure on-time production and dispatch as per plan
- Track production progress vs plan and resolve bottlenecks
- Maintain MIS reports, KPI tracking, and production reports
- Work on capacity planning and machine utilization optimization
- Handle SAP/ERP system updates for production orders
