Creator Monetization & Partnerships Associate (Vapi)

Role First Principles Content helps business owners and personal brands grow, monetize, and scale through social media. We are looking for a commercially-minded, proactive, and resourceful Creator Partnerships & Monetization Manager to help our clients turn their audience into revenue streams. You will help identify and execute monetization opportunities such as:
- brand partnerships
- sponsorships
- affiliate partnerships
- paid shoutouts
- ambassador deals
- newsletter/community monetization
- strategic creator collaborations
- audience monetization systems This is a remote, flexible, long-term role with strong performance upside. Position Information
- Remote Role
- Flexible work hours as long as responsibilities and deadlines are met.
- Part-Time
- Expected workload: ~15–25 hours/week initially.
- Long-Term Prospect
- Potential to grow into a senior creator partnerships/revenue role. Compensation
- ₹20,000/month fixed compensation
- Incentives/commission on monetization deals closed
