Job description Job Description Position Marketing Manager Location Vapi Experience 8- 10 Years Responsibilities Strategy & Budgeting Planning marketing strategies & budgeting for brand verticals & products. Look after the implementation of the marketing strategy by mapping out a detailed marketing plan, detailing the ATL & BTL activations and the timeline for their execution. Execution of Marketing Plan Conducting marketing activities & working closely with marketing agencies and vendors to ensure value and visibility of our various products and services. Co-ordinate with the marketing agencies and vendors continuously regarding our specific requirements with regards to the services and products to be provided by them for carrying out various ATL and BTL activities. Research on new marketing agencies and co-ordinate with them to understand in what ways they can provide marketing support to us and tie up with the relevant ones. Enhance the branding of our various group companies through a variety of means like roadshows, contests, trade shows, conferences, festival decorations etc. Handle the PR activities for the group companies by co-ordinating with various media houses and PR agencies. Marketing Analytics & MIS Preparation of MIS reports through proper analysis of Market Research data by using marketing analytics tools and data mining techniques. Monitor the success of the current campaigns by collection data related to leads generated, marketing spend etc. Analyse marketing data and user feedback (campaign results, conversion rates etc.) for all the verticals to help shape future marketing strategies. Required Skills Action oriented; able to juggle multiple priorities and maintain a sense of urgency in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Robust writing and verbal communications, including presentation skills. Analytical skills to be able to analyse the success or failure of various marketing campaigns.
