Production and quality manager (Vapi)

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement Quality Management Systems (QMS)
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 / GMP / IATF / internal standards
- Handle customer complaints, NCRs, CAPA
- Conduct internal & external audits
- Monitor incoming, in-process, and final product quality
- Lead root cause analysis (RCA) & corrective actions
- Manage quality documentation and SOPs
- Coordinate with production, supply chain, and R&D;
- Drive continuous improvement (Lean / Six Sigma / Kaizen)
