UI/UX Designer (Product Design & User Experience) Location: Full time and contractual Experience: 2–6+ Years (Flexible based on capability) Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to design intuitive, scalable, and visually compelling digital experiences. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in user experience design, interface design, design systems, prototyping, user research, and product thinking. You will work closely with product, engineering, and business teams to transform complex workflows into clean and highly usable experiences. Key Responsibilities User Experience (UX)
- Conduct user research and understand business/user requirements.
- Create user flows, journey maps, wireframes, and interaction models.
- Design intuitive workflows for complex products and dashboards.
- Improve usability through testing and iterative design.
- Translate business requirements into user-centred experiences. User Interface (UI)
- Design high-quality interfaces across web and mobile platforms.
- Create responsive and adaptive layouts.
- Develop scalable design systems and reusable component libraries.
- Ensure consistency across product experiences.
- Build polished visual experiences aligned with product identity. Product Collaboration
- Work closely with product managers and engineers.
- Convert concepts into production-ready designs.
- Participate in design reviews and feedback cycles.
