Position: Shift Chemist

Responsibilities: Monitor and control production processes during shifts. Ensure production activities comply with SOPs and safety guidelines. Handle batch processing, chemical reactions, and material handling. Maintain production records and shift reports accurately. Coordinate with QA/QC and maintenance teams for smooth operations. Perform in-process checks and ensure product quality standards. Troubleshoot minor process and equipment issues. Ensure proper usage of raw materials and minimize wastage. Maintain housekeeping and safety standards in the production area. Support continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills Basic knowledge of chemical production processes Understanding of GMP/SOP/Safety standards Positive analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work in rotational shifts

Required Qualification:
- B.Sc/M.Sc
- Chemistry
