Customer Experience Engineering Intern Location: Remote (India) Duration: 6 Months (Full Time Internship) Stipend: ₹22,000/month (First two months, you will have deduction of INR 6,666 for Customer Success Career Accelerator Program) Full-Time Conversion: ₹8–12 LPA upon successful completion (Based on Performance) Eligibility Criteria:
- Enrolling for Skill Veda Customer Success Career Accelerator Program is a mandatory criteria for this internship.
- This is internship is only for Computer Science or related engineering team graduates. About the Opportunity This is not a traditional internship built around shadowing and administrative work. This 6-month internship is designed for individuals looking to build strong technical and customer-facing expertise at the intersection of Customer Experience, Security, and Enterprise SaaS. You will work on real business problems, collaborate with engineering and customer teams, and gain exposure to enterprise systems used by thousands of global companies. The role combines elements of Solution Engineering, Technical Account Management, Customer Success, and Consulting. The objective is simple: build future full-time team members from day one. What You’ll Do Navigate Complex Infrastructure
- Work with enterprise SaaS environments and cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, and GCP
- Understand integrations and large-scale cloud architecture Learn Security & Compliance Ecosystems
- Gain exposure to frameworks such as:
- SOC 2
- ISO 27001
- GDPR
- Understand security controls and compliance workflows Solve Technical Challenges
- Partner with engineering teams to troubleshoot implementation issues
- Support debugging and resolution of customer-facing technical challenges Translate Requirements Into Workflows
- Convert business and compliance requirements into structured implementation processes
- Help create scalable customer solutions Customer Ownership
- Support onboarding and implementation projects
- Participate in audit preparation and customer success initiatives
- Contribute to process improvement and automation Learning Outcomes By the end of the program, participants can expect exposure to: Technical Skills
