Roles and Responsibilities:

Implement Security SOPs also ensurecompliance by security team.

Minimize security incidents and target for zeroincidents.

Extend support to plant operations duringemergency/exigencies.

Implement security technology solution tovarious security processes to increase efficiency and reliability.

Security Training to security dept. team membersto enhance their skills.

Ensuring overall physical security of the plantby preventing any sort of pilferage or theft.

Monitoring of all goods, material and manpowerthat goes in and out of the plant.

Gathering intelligence in order to identifyelements that may be causing problems to security and peace in the plant.

Liaison with the police officials and otherofficials to ensure compliance to government and regulatory security norms.

Integrate safety into work systems, build safetyawareness within the plant, implement work systems, ensure safety complianceand precautions to ensure adherence to safety policy and systems of theorganization.

Follow SOPs and safety guidelines strictly andcontrol all security activities inside plant.

Compile all SAP entries for the preparation ofthe monthly reports.

Qualification:

Bachelor's degree along with experience inindustrial security.

A minimum of 10+ years of experience in plantsecurity or related roles, preferably within the mining industry or amanufacturing setting.

Robust leadership skills, excellentorganizational and communication skills, ability to drive change andimprovement initiatives, attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, andproficiency in relevant software applications.
