Production Head Vapi

Over all responsible for all the production related activities at various sections/departments. Estimate Cost and prepare Budgets To ensure the smooth functioning of each and every department. Follow-up with PPC, Store & Purchase for availability of brought-out items. To ensure the availability of man, material and machinery on shop floor to meet the targets of the organization. Team motivation and coordination of interlinked departments. To handle customer inspections, testing and other inspections like ARAI/COP. To handle special projects, VA / VE initiative and recent product development. To ensure the continuous improvement in process and product. Supervise and evaluate performance of production personal, quality inspectors, workers etc. To ensure 100% on time delivery of product with zero defect. Implement lean manufacturing initiatives and cost reduction drive at plant level. To build a culture of improvement, Kaizen, safety, employee engagement activities To maintain excellent 5S in plant. Special focus on EHS activities.
