Role Description

This is a full time, in office Legal Associate role based in Vapi/ Dahej. The Legal Associate will be responsible for preparing and reviewing legal documents, addressing various legal issues, conducting extensive research, and providing legal advice. The role also requires collaborating with internal teams to ensure compliance and support decision-making processes.

Qualifications

Robust knowledge and understanding of Law and Legal Issues

Experience in Legal Document Preparation

Advanced Analytical Skills

Excellent Communication skills for effective collaboration and negotiation

Proficiency in legal research and the ability to stay updated with regulatory and compliance requirements

Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) and additional certifications in related fields are an advantage
