We are hiring a Strategic Accounts Growth Lead to support enterprise account expansion, outbound execution, and strategic relationship development across US enterprise technology staffing environments.

This role is specifically aligned to candidates with direct experience in:

IT staffing

ERP staffing

enterprise technology staffing

consulting staffing

MSP / VMS / vendor ecosystems

enterprise contract staffing

or enterprise technology services environments

The Role:

You will work directly with the leadership team to help expand enterprise relationships across consulting firms, MSP/VMS programs, and enterprise technology organizations throughout the US market.

This is a highly execution-oriented individual contributor role focused on outbound activity, account penetration, relationship expansion, and pipeline growth.

Responsibilities:

Identify and cultivate current enterprise account opportunities aligned to STEPS’ staffing focus

Execute targeted outbound campaigns across US enterprise technology staffing accounts

Develop and expand relationships within consulting firms, enterprise IT organizations, and MSP/VMS ecosystems

Support account penetration across ERP, Cloud, Data & AI, Cybersecurity, and enterprise transformation environments

Drive dormant-account reactivation efforts across prior enterprise staffing relationships

Partner closely with recruiting and delivery teams to support active staffing initiatives
