Senior Performance Marketer (Vapi)

We're looking for a sharp, data-driven Senior Performance Marketer to own and scale paid campaigns across Meta and Google Ads. Roles & Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute and optimize campaigns across Meta Ads & Google Ads
- Manage monthly ad spends of ₹5L+ with a clear focus on ROAS and CPL targets
- Build and test creatives, audiences, and landing page strategies
- Analyse campaign data and translate insights into actionable decisions
- Collaborate with design and content teams to produce high-converting ad creatives What we're looking for:
- 3-4 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing
- Proven track record of managing significant ad spends with measurable results
- Strong grasp of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and basic analytics tools
- Experience with pixel setup, GTM, and conversion tracking
