We are looking for an experienced Azure Admin – Offshore Lead to join a agile enterprise cloud operations team.

Location: Offshore Shift: Rotational Night Shifts Work Model: Hybrid

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead Azure administration and cloud operations activities
• Hands-on experience with Azure IaaS, PaaS, and Azure Network Services
• Drive incident management calls and technical troubleshooting discussions
• Coordinate and lead technical requirement and operational calls
• Ensure operational stability, reliability, and issue resolution across cloud environments

Required Skills:
• Strong experience in Microsoft Azure Administration
• Expertise in Azure Infrastructure Services (IaaS) and Platform Services (PaaS)
• Good understanding of Azure networking concepts and services
• Experience handling production support and critical incident management
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred:
• Experience in enterprise cloud support environments
• ITIL/process-oriented operational exposure
• Ability to lead offshore operational teams effectively
