The Role ???? What You'll Do:
- Process Automation
- Design and implement end-to-end automations across all departments using tools like n8n. Identify manual, repetitive workflows and replace them with reliable, maintainable automations.
- AI-Powered Workflows
- Build intelligent pipelines integrating LLMs (Claude, GPT) for content generation, data enrichment, classification, and internal tooling. Stay current with the rapid-moving AI tooling landscape and propose new capabilities proactively.
- Dashboards & Reporting
- Design and maintain business dashboards. Connect data sources via APIs, databases, or spreadsheets to deliver clear, actionable reporting across departments.
- Cross-functional Collaboration
- Participate in technical discussions and handle integrations that go beyond typical no-code capabilities — without requiring a full software engineer.
