We work with a growing portfolio of Free Zone companies, helping founders navigate everything from initial setup to long-term operational compliance — including Corporate Tax, VAT, and financial reporting.Our team is lean, execution-focused, and operates at the intersection of consulting and real business operations. We are now looking for a detail-oriented, UAE-experienced accountant to join us on a full-time remote basis.THE ROLEAs our in-house accountant, you will manage the financial operations of Red Consulting's own entities alongside a select portfolio of external client companies. You will work directly with the co-founders, contribute to both internal financial health and client deliverables, and serve as the primary accounting point of contact for a growing client base.This is a hands-on role. You will be doing the work — not supervising it.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESInternal accountingDay-to-day bookkeeping and transaction management via Zoho BooksInvoice preparation and management via Zoho InvoiceMonthly and quarterly P&L; preparationAnnual financial planning and budgetingCash flow tracking and reportingCoordination with co-founders on financial decisionsClient accounting (external portfolio)Managing accounts for a small portfolio of UAE Free Zone companiesBookkeeping, invoice management, and reconciliationUAE Corporate Tax registration and filing supportUAE VAT registration and periodic filing supportPreparation of simplified financial reports for clientsDirect communication with clients when requiredBanking & compliance coordinationCoordination with UAE banks (digital and traditional business banks)Supporting clients and internal entities with bank-related documentationEnsuring records are clean and audit-ready at all timesREQUIREMENTSMinimum 2 years of hands-on accounting experience in the UAE — non-negotiableProficiency in Zoho Books and Zoho InvoiceSolid understanding of UAE Corporate Tax regulations and filing processesSolid understanding of UAE VAT regulations and filing processesExperience preparing P&Ls;, financial reports, and annual financial plansStrong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google SheetsFamiliarity with UAE business banking practices and documentationFluent English — written and spokenComfortable working directly with founders and clients in a client-facing capacityHigh attention to detail and robust organizational skillsAbility to work independently in a fully remote settingNICE TO HAVEExperience with WIO Bank or other UAE digital business banking platformsBackground in tech startups or consulting firmsExperience working with Free Zone companies (IFZA, DMCC, etc.)Familiarity with FTA portals and UAE company compliance cyclesUS experience is a plusWHAT WE OFFERFull-time remote position with flexible working hoursDirect collaboration with company co-foundersExposure to a diverse and growing portfolio of UAE businessesFast-moving, professional, and international work environmentPRACTICAL NOTESThis position is fully remote and open to candidates based anywhereUAE-based candidates on a spouse or family visa are especially encouraged to apply — visa sponsorship is not currently offeredHOW TO APPLYSend your CV along with a brief note about your UAE accounting experience to:Applications without UAE-specific experience will not be considered.
