Description
- Filed Sales work solar residential, Commercial , Industrial sale
- Promote company brand through qualified conduct and communication
- Follow company policies, pricing guidelines, and ethical sales practices
- Ensure compliance with government policies, DISCOM norms, and subsidy rules
- Conduct site surveys and assess customer energy requirements
- Explain solar solutions, ROI, savings, subsidies, and net metering process
- Coordinate with technical team for feasibility and system designIdentify and generate new leads through field visits, referrals, digital platforms, and channel partners
- Develop relationships with residential, commercial, and industrial customers
- Maintain and update lead data in CRM regularly
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets (kW / MW and revenue)
- Convert qualified leads into confirmed solar projects
- Ensure timely follow-up and closure of deals
- Maintain long-term relationships for repeat business and referrals
- Address customer queries and concerns promptly
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and positive feedback Pay: ₹18,000.00
